I help patients manage immediate symptoms such as anxiety and depression while also creating space to process the emotions and patterns that may be blocking recovery. My goal is to collaborate with patients, identify what is holding them back, and support forward movement.
Working Process
We begin by exploring the emotions, symptoms, or life events that may be getting in the way of healing. When anxiety, depression, or other symptoms feel overwhelming, medication support may help reduce their intensity so you can focus more fully on recovery, growth, and daily functioning.
