MEDICATIONS

Not everyone needs them, and they’ll never be the whole plan. But if you do — we keep it simple, smart, and without slapping a label on you and calling it care. 

We take the time to understand what’s actually going on — then we figure out if medication is the right move for you.

PSYCHOTHERAPY

We use therapy techniques with proven effectiveness. You and your provider will figure out which is right for you.

  1. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy  
    For when one awkward encounter turns into I’m moving out of the country. 
    CBT is a structured and goal-oriented approach, often used to treat anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions

  2. Solution-focused therapy
    Because talking in circles isn’t a treatment plan.
    It’s a brief, goal-oriented approach that emphasizes finding solutions to current problems rather than dwelling on past issues

  3. Acceptance & Commitment Therapy 
    Because you’re sick of white knuckling through every damn day. 
    This one improves your psychological flexibility. It focuses on accepting difficult thoughts and feelings while committing to actions that align with personal values.
