The cost of Mentel appointments varies based on your insurance coverage and the type of session you choose. Mentel accepts most major insurance plans, including Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Oscar, Oxford, and Athena. You are not required to use insurance for Mentel services. If you prefer, you can pay out of pocket. We offer competitive self-pay rates for those without insurance or who choose not to use their coverage. Contact us for pricing details.

Coverage varies by insurance plan, but most plans cover evaluations, individual therapy, and medication management. Mentel does not offer refunds for completed sessions. If you were charged in error or have concerns about a billing issue, please contact us, and we will review your case. Prepaid or unused services may be eligible for a refund on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances.

Yes, Mentel can provide documentation for work accommodations or medical leave if clinically appropriate. Your provider will assess your needs and determine what documentation is necessary.
